No psychologist–patient relationship
Viewing this website, sending an inquiry, downloading or purchasing a resource, attending a general workshop, or participating in coaching does not by itself create a psychologist–patient relationship. A clinical relationship begins only after eligibility and fit are assessed, required documents are completed, and both parties expressly agree to treatment.
Emergencies
This website and its contact form are not emergency or crisis services and are not monitored continuously. If you may harm yourself or someone else, call 911, go to the nearest emergency room, or call or text 988 in the United States.
Therapy and geographic limitations
Psychotherapy is offered through Inspired Life Psychology PLLC only where Joanne Raptis, PhD, is legally authorized to practice. Current website information describes virtual therapy for clients located in New York at the time of service. Website availability does not establish eligibility for treatment.
Psychotherapy services are governed by a separate Practice Policies & Services Contract, informed-consent documents, and individualized financial agreements. If these website terms conflict with a signed clinical agreement, the signed clinical agreement controls for those clinical services.
Coaching, speaking, and workshops
Coaching, speaking engagements, and general workshops are educational or personal-development services and are not psychotherapy. They do not include diagnosis or treatment of a mental-health condition, crisis care, or the protections and responsibilities of a psychologist–patient relationship unless separately agreed in writing as clinical services.
Digital products
Digital resources are for the purchaser’s personal, noncommercial use. Outcomes are not guaranteed. Purchases made through Gumroad are also subject to Gumroad’s applicable terms and payment practices. Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
